Executing and delivering on Superior Customer Service is something Tapestry Homes has perfected throughout their entire organization! Our buying/ownership experience at Vero Lago has been nothing short of excellent, all because their focus and attention was on us, their customer. Our buying experience was surprisingly stress free, in large part due to the fact that so many of the necessities we wanted in our home were actually included in the listed price of the home. The sales professionals, Therese, Diana, and Pam were thorough, responding efficiently to every query we had.
When we decided to buy, the level of communication from Tapestry Homes was astounding including progress reports, pictures, time estimates on the closing. One thing we noticed from the onset was that the quality workmanship experienced in the model homes was equally present in the construction of our home. Tapestry Homes' high building standards are guided by Roy and the very competent trades utilized in the construction of our home.
Once we took possession of our new home, we continued to be impressed by the support we were provided by the entire Tapestry team. There were very few minor issues which arose after we closed and each issue was taken seriously by Dawn and addressed to our complete satisfaction. Again like the purchase process, the after purchase was stress free....

Vero Lago is a second home, it was important to us to be part of a community, for the several months we are here, not a day goes by without someone saying hi, or waving, we knew we found the right place.
The ultimate key to success is asking if you would recommend others buy in Vero Lago. Our lifelong friends had the opportunity to visit us and their dream home is currently being built on a lot close to ours.
For us, Superior Customer Service = Customer Satisfaction. We could not be more happy with our new Vero Lago home!

It has been almost 1 year since we purchased our new Tapestry home in Vero Lago. We sincerely feel that this has been one of the best decisions that we’ve ever made. You as well as the entire staff at Vero Lago have made our transition into Florida very easy.
Coming from the Northeast, our expectations were very high. You personally met those expectations and Tapestry Homes even went well beyond what we anticipated. Please pass on our compliments to the Vero Lago maintenance staff and to the landscaping service. The grounds are kept in a pristine manner and the building contractors are very responsive and easy to work with. We’re very pleased to see the rapid development throughout the Vero Lago community. Top quality homes, and top quality personnel are definitely a road map to success. Keep up the “great” work.
