We wanted to take the time to formally compliment Theresa Polvan for an outstanding job of assisting us to the point that we actually signed a contract a little over a week ago to purchase one of your wonderful New Home at Vero Lago homes at Vero Lago. Her counseling was invaluable in helping us make the numerous interior selections.
We were very impressed with Therese and felt very comfortable with her during every visit. We always felt that she had our best wishes at heart. Whenever we were together, we had exclusive time with Therese with little or no interruptions. When we called her days later with more critical questions, Therese got back to us quickly with the comforting answers. Bottom line, over a short time period, we like and trusted her.
Therese's innate communication skills were significant for us to solidify our decision, and we look forward to living at Vero Lago in our brand new home.
